Dominio IV “Technicolor Bat” Red Blend

2012 “Three Sleeps Vineyard”, Columbia Gorge, Oregon (81% Tempranillo, 19% Syrah)

This biodynamic vineyard delivers a robust mix of flavors for the price. Licorice, coffee liqueur, smoke, char and chocolate-coated cherries are all included. A beautiful, dark, inky wine. It welcomes you with fresh blackberry and plum aromas on the nose with hints of blueberry pie, cedar wood, licorice and herbs.  On the palate, concentrated, ripe black fruits with notes of black pepper, dried herbs, baking spice and chocolate that fill the mouth with a long, coating finish. $29.99/btl

Rose Tasting List

Pier Avenue Rose

2016 Solano County, CA (100% Tannat)

Tannat is a grape that hails originally from the Madiran (near Spain’s border) of France. In more recent times, it is now grown around the globe, most prominently in Uruguay, including a few experimental plantings in California. This rose is a beautiful deep salmon color in the glass with a bright nose of watermelon and strawberry. Our rose drinks similar to a Bandol (Provence) style rose: Bone dry with electric acidity and a full, lengthy finish! $19.99/btl

Domaine Bahourat Rose

Premium Tasting List

Westerly Pinot Noir

2013 Santa Rita Hills, California

The 2013 Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir is made in an elegant style, with classic cool-climate aromatics of cardamom, dried morel mushrooms, and ripe raspberries. The palate is round and balanced, with lingering bright acids coupled with long, fine tannins. The 2013 vintage in Sta. Rita Hills was notorious for producing low yielding vines with small clusters of tiny berries- resulting in a profound wine with great varietal typicity. 93 Points! - Wine Enthusiast $39.99/btl

Gamble Family Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon

2014 Oakville, Napa Valley, CA
86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Malbec, 4% Cabernet Franc, 1% Merlot, 1% Petit Verdot

The 2014 vintage unveils alluring aromas of bright cherry, blackberry, and ripe fig, with warm notes of molasses, toasted almonds, brown sugar and a hint of cedar and tobacco. A beautiful balance between juicy, ripe blue and back fruit and complex layers of black currant, caramel, ground coffee beans, clove spice, and dusty clay. Medium to full-bodied wine with the structure to age 5-8 years and lush tannins to enjoy now. $54.99/btl

91 PTS – WINE ENTHUSIAST | 90 PTS – ROBERT PARKER’S WINE ADVOCATE

Tolosa “1772” Syrah

95% Syrah, 3% Viognier, 1% Grenache, 1% Petite Sirah

2013 Edna Valley, California

Deep ruby red color with the inviting aromas of toasted bread, malted chocolate, allspice and cigar box. Generous flavors of blackberry jam, black licorice and violets flood the palate while achieving a balance with the soft round tannins and full bodied mouthfeel. The rich fruit flavors of this wine would pair well with a pork tenderloin topped with a reduction sauce. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 20 months in small French and American oak barrels. Uncorked Collector’s Club selection June 2018. $54.99/btl
